The Tyrone Sewer Department operates out of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, which is located along Route 453 just east of the Borough limits.

Sewer Superintendent, Timothy Nulton oversees the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Major renovation to the plant was recently completed.
