Mayor

 William Fink was elected Mayor in November, 2009 and took his seat on January 4, 2010.  Mayor Fink will serve a four year term.   Mayor Fink can be reached at 814-684-1330.

Duties of the Mayor’s Office

The Mayor shall be President of Council, and as such shall preside at all Council meetings, and shall be entitled to all privileges accorded to other Council members, including being entitled to cast the last vote. He may, by relinquishing the chair, introduce motions, resolutions, ordinances, etc. The Mayor shall be recognized as head of Borough government.
