The Tyrone Borough Police Department Welcomes You
The Tyrone Borough Police Department is located at the rear of the Tyrone Municipal Building at 1100 Logan Avenue, Tyrone. The Borough currently employs six full-time officers, and a Chief, as well as a poll of part-time officers, to patrol the Borough.
The Police Department also has 3 officers certified for bike patrol and 2 certified for installation of car seats. The Department engages in community oriented police practices and prides itself on providing services to the residents.

Medication Disposal
Tyrone Borough now has 2 Medication Disposal boxes. One box is located on the first floor of the Municipal building, inside the front door; the newest medication box is located in the Police Department.
